The violins sound like how they were used in Chrono Cross. I like what you've done with the song though. It's much more interesting than it was in the game. Nice job!

This song always did have a creepy feel to it...then again, so did the whole game. This song kind of made the cave feel alive though...like it wanted to kill you itself. Good choice.

I think the only reason Zelda wouldn't have gone with something like this as their Gerudo Valley theme, is that it wouldn't fit the game. But this adds an extra feeling of evil for Ganandorf's home. If only this song was in the game...

This is probably the only song in Donky Kong Country 2 that made me feel sad. I'm glad you were able to catch the mood of the song...though I have to agree about the piano thing, it just pops up at times. lol
Overall, it's a very good mix.
